A family trailer, not a franchise
Alleyway started in 2023 as one red trailer serving the Leavenworth community. Laura and Donald still run it themselves — which is why the lemon is cut, pressed and shaken where you can watch it happen, and why the kettle corn comes off the kettle rather than out of a bag.
In 2025 the Alley Smash Burger arrived: two beef patties smashed thin on the flat top, cheese, and our own bacon jam. The pink truck joined the same year with pretzels, pretzel bites, pretzel dogs and the Alley Freezy. When the leaves turn we switch to walking caramel apples, hot cider from a local farmer and crafted hot chocolate.
Mention this website at the window and take $1 off your lemonade. That offer has been on the old site for two years and we are not about to drop it now.
